Finally WASSCE 2024 Results Will be Released on 29th Dec, Education Minister Reveals
Here is the latest update emanating from the office of the Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum concerning the release of the WASSCE 2024 results.
According to the education minister, the West African Secondary School Certificate Examination WASSCE 2024 results will be released by 29th December, 2024, ensuring timely University admission.

The announcement follows the Minister’s working visit to the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) printing facility in Accra.
The West African Examination Council WAEC had earlier disclosed that its scanners, which play a vital role in the marking and release of results, were faulty and could not be replaced due to outstanding debts that hindered the Council’s operations.
“This morning, we visited WAEC, and we were taken around. They are working, and by 29 December, or earlier, the results of the exams will be out so that universities can proceed with admitting students for various degree and diploma programmes.
“I was here with the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, and we are satisfied with the level of preparation and the work being done by WAEC. We are grateful for their service and for the fact that, even during this break, they have staff working tirelessly to ensure the results are released, enabling our students to continue their education,” he stated.
