University of Ghana Self-Placement Process
Here is the University of Ghana Self-Placement Process for interested qualified students into degree and diploma programmes for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The University of Ghana, Legon has introduced a Self-Placement service for qualified first degree and diploma applicants who have not yet been offered admission for the 2024/2025 academic year.
According to the management of UG, this is an opportunity for applicants who did not qualify for their initially selected programmes of study but meet the admission requirements for other programmes to participate in the Self-Placement exercise.

University of Ghana Self-Placement Process
1. Log in to the UG undergraduate application portal using UG Application Serial Number and PIN.
2. Click on the Self-Placement menu.
3. Select preferred campus and programme from the available options.
4. Access provisional admission letter after 48 hours and enroll before stipulated deadline.
Important Notice Concerning University of Ghana Self-Placement Process
1. Applicants should note that, programme availability is subject to quotas and will be allocated on a first-come, first- served basis.
2. The Self-Placement is only available to applicants who meet the admission criteria for alternative programmes.
3. This opportunity will conclude with the end of the current admissions cycle.
