Sale of E-Voucher- UDS Undergraduate Admission 2026/2027
As part of the UDS 2026/2027 admissions process, applicants are required to purchase an e-voucher, which will be used to access the online application portal.

Candidates who will be writing the WASSCE May/June 2026 examinations are eligible to apply.

Minimum Entry Requirements for WASSCE Applicants – UDS Undergraduate Admission 2026/2027
1. Core Subjects (Compulsory)
Applicants must have passes (A1–C6) in the following three core subjects such as Core English Language, Core Mathematics,
Integrated Science or Social Studies
A fail (D7–F9) in Core English or Core Mathematics automatically disqualifies an applicant from most universities.
2. Elective Subjects
Applicants must have passes (A1–C6) in at least three (3) elective subjects.
The electives must be relevant to the chosen programme of study.
3. Number of Subjects Required
Minimum of six (6) subjects passed in total:
3 core subjects
3 elective subjects
4. Aggregate Requirement
UDS requires a maximum aggregate of 36. The best six subjects (3 core + 3 electives) are used to calculate the aggregate.
Also competitive programmes may require much lower aggregates (e.g., 6–15)
5. Awaiting Results Applicants
Candidates writing the May/June WASSCE 2026 may apply as Awaiting Results.
How to Apply : UDS Undergraduate Admission 2026/2027
1. Visit UDS online payment portal at www.pay.uds.edu.gh
2. Buy your admission e-voucher upon visiting the portal.
3. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal at www.admissions.uds.edu.gh soon after payment or after getting your admission e-voucher.
4. Entre the PIN, and Serial Number on the admission e-voucher.
5. Access the official admission form and fill with the right information required.
6. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
7. Undergraduate applicants must print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (three copies each) to the Head (Academic Affairs Department)
8. Applicants should also scan all the documents – signed copy of the application form, results slips, certificates, any valid national ID card and all supporting documents send to the following email address: admissions@uds.edu.gh.
