Ghana Armed Forces Recruitment 2025 Online Application Guidelines.
1. Acquire an Electronic Voucher at Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) from the following designated Post Offices:
a. Greater Accra Region: Burma Camp, Accra North, GPO, Cantonments, Dansoman, Legon, Madina, TUC, Kaneshie, Ministries, Mamprobi, New Achimota, Tema Community 1, Tema Community 11.
b. Central Region: Cape Coast, Agona Swedru, Saltpond, Dunkwa-On-Offin, Winneba, Elmina, Apam.
c. Upper West Region: Wa, Lawra, Tumu.
d. Upper East Region: Bawku, Navrongo, Bolgatanga.
e. Ashanti Region: Kumasi Main, KNUST, Ashanti-Mampong, Bekwai-Ashanti, Konongo, Obuasi, Offinso, Ejura, Juaso, Akrokeri, Ejisu, Agogo.
f. Eastern Region: Koforidua, Nkawkaw, Mpraeso, Suhum, Akim Oda, Aburi, Asamankese, Akropong-Akuapem, Somanya, Akosombo, Nsawam.
g. Volta Region: Ho, Anloga, Keta, Hohoe, Kpando, Denu, Peki, Sogakope.
h. Western Region: Sekondi, Takoradi, Tarkwa, Enchi, Axim.
i. Bono Region: Sunyani, Berekum, Bechem, Atebubu, Dormaa Ahenkro.
j. Northern Region: Tamale, Education Ridge, Yendi.
k. Oti Region: Damba, Jasikan, Kadjebi.
l. Western North Region: Enchi, Sefwi Wiawso.
m. Bono East Region: Techiman, Kintampo.
n. Ahafo Region: Goaso, Duayaw Nkwanta.

2. Log on to the recruitment portal @ http://apply.mil.gh with any of the following browsers:
(1) Google Chrome.
(2) Mozilla Firefox.
2. Enter your card serial number, pin code and select your preferred arm of service, type of qualification i.e. (Non-Tradesman or Tradesman) and click Next.
3. Read through the entry requirements thoroughly.
4. Ensure your mobile phone’s Cell Broadcast Message Service is turned “ON”. This can be done by going through the following steps on your phone:
a. Messages
b. Message Settings
c. Find “Cell Broadcast / Broadcast Message / CB Activation / Advertisement” depending on your brand of mobile phone.
d. Set activation “ON”.
e. Set all channels to “receive”.
5. Click on the Apply Now Tab to open the applicant authentication page.
6. Enter your personal details and take note of the following from pages 1 to 3:
a. Page 1: Select your desired vacancy and preferred regional screening centre for physical examination from the venues listed below:
(1) Greater Accra – Accra, El-Wak Sports Stadium.
(2) Central Region – Cape Coast, Sports Stadium.
(3) Upper West Region – Wa, BK Adama Youth Resource Centre.
(4) Upper East Region – Bolga, Jubilee Park.
(5) Ashanti Region – Kumasi, Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
(6) Eastern Region – Koforidua, Youth Resource Centre.
(7) Volta Region – Ho, Sports Stadium.
(8) Western Region – Sekondi, Gyandu Park.
(9) Bono Region – Sunyani, Coronation Park.
(10) Northern Region – Tamale, Sports Stadium.
(11) Oti Region – Dambai Training College.
(12) Western North Region – Sefwi, Bibiani Community International Park.
(13) Bono East Region – Techiman, Astro Turf Park.
(14) Ahafo Region – Goaso, Nana Bosomprah Astro Turf.
(15) North East Region – Nalerigu, Astro Turf.
(16) Savanna Region – Damango Astro Turf.
7. Upload a scanned copy of your passport sized photograph of dimension (200 x 180 pixels), enter a valid e-mail address, personal mobile phone number in the format (233244123456) and enter any other required data.
NB: Each scanned document (Passport picture, WASSCE, Trade/Technical certificate), to be uploaded, shall not exceed 1 (One) Megabyte.
c. Page 3: Enter the results of WASSCE/SSCE and BECE including TWO required core subjects on your Certificate, that is; CORE MATHEMATICS and CORE ENGLISH. Enter your WASSCE Index number, WASSCE results slip serial number, and BECE Index number.
8. Upload scanned copies of the following: WASSCE or Trade Certificate.
NB: Each scanned document (Passport picture, WASSCE, Trade/Technical certificate), to be uploaded, shall not exceed 1 (One) Megabyte and should be in PDF format only.
9. Click on the Preview Button to see a summary page of all data provided.
Read through this page carefully and click on the back button, if there are any modifications to be made.
10. Click on the submit button and expect an instant e-mail and text message, which includes your unique system generated Alpha Numeric Identification Number.
11. Print and keep a copy of the generated report as you will be required to present it, if you are Shortlisted.
However, if you lose your copy of the report, go back to the recruitment portal, click on the Check Details Tab, enter your unique identification number sent to you by SMS/E-Mail and order a re-print.
12. Closing Date. Closing date for submission of all online applications is Friday 31 October 2025.
13.Transportation/Feeding/Accommodation.
Applicants are responsible for their own transportation, feeding and accommodation throughout the recruitment exercise.
14. Only short-listed applicants will be invited for further physical screening.
