Social Studies, however, performed better even in the lower grades:

- 533 (4.92%) got E8

Malpractice and Withheld Results
WAEC has also reported cases of examination malpractice. The subject results of 76 candidates and the entire results of 87 candidates have been withheld while investigations are ongoing.
