Here is the latest update on University of Cape Coast (UCC) 2026/2027 admossion, applicants, including application deadlines, e-voucher cost, requirements and how to apply online.
The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has issued an important notice to applicants following the release of the 2026 WASSCE results by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).
The notice is particularly important for applicants who were awaiting their WASSCE results when they started their application.
UCC has indicated that the application portal remains open, allowing eligible applicants to confirm or update their application details.
Applicants are required to log into the UCC application portal using their e-voucher Serial Number and PIN and carefully check their full names, WASSCE index number(s) and programme choices.
Applicants should have their e-voucher Serial Number and PIN available before accessing the application portal.
Those who have received their 2026 WASSCE results should check their application information carefully.
Applicants who already had November/December (Nov/Dec) results but did not use them during the initial application are advised to add those results as a second sitting WAEC result.
UCC has also clarified the application types:
2026 WASSCE candidates awaiting results should select “Awaiting Results Application.” They do not need to verify their results because UCC will verify them directly with WAEC.

Applicants with 2025 or older WASSCE results should select “WASSCE Application” and must verify their results during the application process before submission.

The application e-voucher for UCC’s regular undergraduate admission costs GH¢220.00 for the 2026/2027 admission cycle.

3. Enter the PIN Code and Serial Number to access the official online application form.

Note : Applications for all other programmes close on Friday, 25th September 2026.
Applicants who applied earlier with existing WASSCE results can check their admission status through UCC Admission Status Portal and print their admission letters when available.
