However, the management of University of Cape Coast has considered certain factors which has led to to extension of the admission deadline.
According to the management of UCC, the extension of the closing date of admission is to allow the Senior High School graduates who are waiting for the WASSCE results to apply as Awaiting.
This is serving as an opportunity for all WASSCE candidates to apply for admission (Awaiting Results) for the UCC 2024/2025 admission.

UCC Regular Undergraduate Admission 2024/2025 Admission Requirements
The minimum admission entry requirements into UCC Regular Undergraduate Admission 2024/2025 are as follows.
1. Direct Applicants
For WASSCE/SSSCE applicants, holders of WASSCE and SSSCE certificates are required to have credit passes in six (6) subjects with a total aggregate of 36 and 24 respectively.
The six subjects will include three (3) Core subjects and three (3) elective subjects that are relevant to the programme selected.
