Available Lecturer Positions
The college is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Lecturer in Guidance and Counseling – Department of Education
- Lecturer in Physics (Education) – Department of Sciences
- Lecturer in Mathematics (Education) – Department of Mathematics and Computer Studies
- Lecturer in Twi – Department of Languages
- Lecturer in Social Sciences – Department of Arts and Social Sciences
- Lecturer in Visual Arts – Department of Creative Arts and Vocational Studies

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to perform several academic and administrative functions, including:
- Teaching assigned courses.
- Preparing, administering, and marking assignments and examinations.
- Supervising Supported Teaching in School (STS) students.
- Invigilating examinations and marking scripts.
- Conducting research, publishing scholarly works, and supervising student projects.
- Contributing to departmental administration and institutional development.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A PhD, MPhil, Research Master’s degree, and Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) if they do not already hold a professional qualification in education.
- Evidence of at least three years of teaching experience in a College of Education, university, or a similar institution.
Candidates with strong research backgrounds and demonstrated teaching excellence will have a competitive advantage.
