Conditions for Eligibility:
- At least 3 years of satisfactory service.
- Teachers in deprived areas may qualify after 2 years.
- Those returning from secondment must serve 2 years before applying.
- Those who resigned and were re-engaged must serve for 5 years.
- Applicants must have good conduct and a supervisor’s recommendation.
Application Process:
1. Get forms from your Metro/Municipal/District Education Office.
2. Submit 4 copies of the form with certified certificates.
3. Return completed forms to your Regional Director via the District Office.
